Marketing is the key to success. We begin with professional photography. Next, we describe the property in detail, featuring the location, architecture, and furnishings. Finally, all of our homes are presented on dozens of internet platforms. Response to inquiries are immediate. Every prospective tenant is the center of our attention.
We personally walk through every property at “move in” with the tenant to insure they are 100% satisfied with condition and functionality. We note any deficiencies or concerns and either correct them immediately or note them for future reference at “move out.” At anytime tenants are encouraged to contact us to report issues, so we can maintain the property to the highest standards.
We direct deposit your funds and provide you a detailed financial statement by the 15th of each month. Yearly summaries are provided for you and your accountant.
We insure tenants are well qualified.
